Two simple workflows. One smoother service.

Guests order when they’re ready and pay when they’re done. Here is exactly what happens at the table, on the restaurant tablet and behind the scenes.

The whole process in 35 seconds.

Watch one table go from first scan to paid bill.

Ordering

From the first scan to the kitchen, with your team confirming every order along the way.

  1. Scan or tap at the table

Every table has a QR code and an NFC tag. One scan or one tap opens the restaurant’s menu in the phone’s browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.

  2. Browse a living menu

Photos, descriptions and prices in Arabic or English, always showing what’s actually available tonight.

  3. Send the order

Guests choose their dishes, add notes for the kitchen and send the order straight from their seat.

  4. Your team confirms it

The order appears on the restaurant tablet with the table number and a sound alert. Staff check it and tap Accept, and the guest sees it’s confirmed.

  5. The kitchen starts, your POS stays yours

If you run a POS, staff enter the confirmed order just as they do with phone orders today, reading a clear digital ticket instead of handwriting.

  6. Another round? Order again

Drinks, dessert or one more dish: guests add to the table’s order whenever they like, and it all stays on one bill.

Paying

A separate step at the end of the meal, on the guest’s own phone and in the guest’s own time.

  1. Open the table’s bill

When guests are ready to leave, they scan or tap again and see every item ordered at the table.

  2. Pay it all, or split it

One person settles the whole bill, or the table splits it: equal shares, a custom amount, or just their own items.

  3. Pay their way

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by a licensed payment provider.

  4. Receipt in hand, table marked paid

A digital receipt lands on each guest’s phone, and the restaurant tablet shows the table as paid. No bill to print, no machine to fetch.

  5. Money goes straight to you

Payments settle from the payment provider directly into your own bank account. SufraPay never holds your funds, and you receive detailed invoices covering every transaction.

Why separating order and pay works.

When guests can order and pay at the table without waiting for staff, meals move faster without feeling rushed. In a peer-reviewed study of a restaurant chain that introduced tabletop ordering and payment, researchers measured the effect across millions of checks.
