We build technology that gives restaurants their time back.
SufraPay is a restaurant technology company. We make dine-in ordering and payment simple for guests and calm for the teams who serve them.
Why we started.
We spent a lot of time in busy dining rooms and kept seeing the same thing. The kitchen was ready and the food was good, yet the evening still slowed down. Not because of cooking, but because of waiting: waiting to order, waiting for the bill, waiting for a single card machine to make its way across the room.
Most of the tools on offer asked restaurants to rebuild around new hardware and complicated integrations. We wanted the opposite: something that slots into the service a restaurant already runs, keeps a person in charge of every order.
Our mission
Make dine-in effortless for every restaurant, whatever its size.
Our vision
Dining rooms where no guest waits to order or to pay, and every owner can see what is happening on the floor.
What we believe.
The principles behind every decision we make about the product and how we work with restaurants.
Hospitality comes first
Technology should give staff more time with guests, never less. If a feature gets between a waiter and a table, it doesn’t ship.
Clarity over complexity
Plain screens for guests, one obvious action for staff and straightforward answers for owners.
A partner, not a vendor
Go-live is the start of the relationship. Real people support your team around the clock, every day of the week.
Transparent by default
Clear terms, detailed invoices and no surprises. You always know what happened on your floor.

Built on global standards.
We don’t reinvent the rails that payments and contactless technology already run on. SufraPay builds on open, widely adopted standards, and payments are always handled by licensed providers.
